“Robin Hood” from director Ridley Scott shows the life of Robin Hood, who is an expert archer, previously interested only in self-preservation, from his service in King Richards army against the French. Upon Richards death, Robin travels to Nottingham, where a despotic sheriff makes bad the rules. Here he falls in Love with the spirited widow Lady Marion. Hoping to earn the hand of Maid Marion and salvage the village, Robin assembles a gang whose ment to fight aginst the sheriff for freedom. Directed by Ridley Scott. Cast: Russell Crowe, Mark Strong, Cate Blanchett, Max von Sydow and William Hurt.
