“Shake Hands with the Devil” from director Roger Spottiswoode is based on Lieutenant-General Roméo Dallaire’s book. It shows one of the few journalists who remained in Rwanda after the genocide began. “Shake Hands with the Devi” was filmed in Rwanda using many of the actual locations described in the book. Directed by Roger Spottiswoode. Cast: Roy Dupuis, Deborah Unger, James Gallanders, Odile Katesi Gakire, Owen Lebakeng Sejake, Michel Mongeau and Jean-Hugues Anglade.
